From a command prompt type "vol" - without the quotes.

Name it as you wish. (for example "System", "Bigdrive", etc.) You can also
leave it blank.

In a Command Prompt give the command VOL C: (or what ever drive letter
is involved) - it is on the first line.

But before you do read up on conversion at
www.aumha.org/win5/a/ntfscvt.htm
to avoid getting landed with only 512 byte clusters in the resulting
disk - not a good thing
