Does anyone know of any freeware Voip software that will work on Win98.

I would say that with that specification you might be pushing it a bit, as
VoIP can be quite resource intensive.

You might want to have a look at PicoPhone and/or Speak Freely. Haven't got
the URLs to hand; if you can't find em with a web or Usenet search let me
know and I'll go find 'em.

Google talk works just like Phone! if you have broadband connection in both
sides
Also try Skype!
