Is there any APIs provided by microsoft for voice recording in Microsoft
smartphone 2003 based smartphones ?

Not sure about on smart phone but on pocket pc I use waveInStart and
associated functions.

when you used wavein.satrt() method where you saved the recorded file?

i'm unable to located where the recorded file is saved.
can you tell me how you gave path to save the recorded file?
