Voice commands in speech recognition for navigating desktop / menu

I've set up my language bar and trained SR profile. Can't find detailed
instruction for voice commands to open START MENU and navigate or use WIN OS
commands. Request link to white paper or more info about Voice Commands in
WIN XP Media Edition. Thanks.

This type of speech recognition is not available in XP. The SR is pretty much limited to text to speech or speech to text in office applications, wordpad and internet explorer. You would need to go to third party programs to get what you are looking for.

Look in Help and Support and search for speech recognition.

This will be changing dramatically in Windows Vista.
