I need a sound recorder to convert voice or audio cassettes to computer audio
files.
The sound recorder that came with my OS(XP pro) will only allow you to
record for 60 seconds at a time. Someone here recommended the free MusicMatch
Jukebox.
It is not free as PC World represented in the 7-19-2000 article. Every time
I tried to record sound files, the free software alerted me that this option
was not available to the free basic version; I would have to pay $20 for the
plus version.

Any recs?

Hi!
Have you tried this one:
http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/
It can record from your soundcard and even split the tracks into separate
files and convert them to mp3.
Now it's freeware too!

Good luck!
