VOB files

I had several home videos professionally transferred to a
DVD. These movies were stored as VOB files. I copied
(dragged) these files onto my computers hard drive
(windows XP system)and then tried to import to Movie-Maker
2 so I could edit them. Was unable to do that. Nay
suggestions?
 
Hi there,
You cannot directly import DVD files into movie maker...you must first
convert them to one of the formats that MM2 can handle. Suggest you do a
search for DVD2AVI a free program that will do this for you.,
