VMWARE Term Srvr

Has anyone on here ever tried to consolidate terminal servers by using Vmware
and making virtual servers? It seems to me that it is a bad idea but for some
reason the powers that be at work think moving users to virtual servers will
save money. I believe it will impede productivity of the users.
