Hi,
I have created a spreadsheet which uses a VLOOKUP function. Th
spreadsheet was working fine, but now I'm finding that some of th
VLOOKUP formulas are bringing back an error or not re-calculatin
properly.
The problem seems to be with lookup value cell. I have have tried t
change the format of the lookup value cell but this makes n
difference. However, if I RE-TYPE the contents of the lookup valu
cell, then it calculates.
Is there a way to automatically trick Excel into thinking I hav
re-typed the value in the lookup cell via a macro? or should I chang
my formula?
The current VLOOKUP formula I have is a follows:
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP($A435,'Inpu
Sheet'!$A:$K,5,FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP($A435,'Input Sheet'!$A:$K,5,FALSE))
A sheet named 'Input Sheet' is where the VLOOKUP value cell i
located.
Any help would be great.
Anton
