VLookup Question

Is there any way of getting around alphabetizing the first column in a
VLookup function?
 
What exactly do you mean?

Set Range_Lookup to False. Then it will either find an exact match or
return "N/A".

No need to sort ascending the first column of your lookup
table if you specify "exact match" in your VLOOKUP
formula. Use "0" or FALSE in the fourth argument:

=VLOOKUP(---,---,---,0)
