VLOOKUP: multiple entries

In table A I have a column with references.
In table B those references are associated with objects.
In table B each reference has or may have more than one object, whic
are listed on different lines.

In table A I want to list all objects (from table B) against
particular reference.

Is this possible using VLOOKUP, or some other function?

IMHO only with VBA. You may have a look at Alan Beban's Array functions
(available at: http://home.pacbell.net/beban) They include the function
VLOOKUPS.
