vlookup in a pivot table

Hi,

Could you post a few more details? Do you wish to use the pivot table as the
lookup table or the lookup value?

Yes. But if you have multiple rows on the category where you are looking up,
then it gets tricky without adding a conversion column first. I've had
success using the offfset function, but it would be easier to help with more
info.
 
The getpivotdata function is exactly what I was looking for.
