Vlookup did cell auto formating but not displaying complete text..

Version- Excel 2000, Used Vlook upfunction on sheet 2 done formating row
autofit but still the result does not showcomplete info..

could you post your exact formula, the expected result and the actual result
 
Format the cells for wrap text (Format>Cells, Alignment tab) and the
results should show.
