I need to drag the formula accross columns and increase the col_index_num by
1 for each new column.
The array will increase by a letter automatically if the $in not in place in
front of the selected columns
ie $A:$C will remain whereas A:C will increase
However the col_index_num always remains the same.
It should move as the array does utilising the $
