VLOOKUP - CHANGING FONT COLOR WHEN CRITERA CHANGES

I am using a vlookup function to verify information that has already been
entered. If the information is wrong and the vlookup function changes the
number I would like the text to change color so I can see which cells
changed. any ideas how I can also tell it to do that?
