VLOOKUP case sensitive

Is there anyway to do a VLOOKUP with case sensitivity?

Meaning, right now the following 2 values are being
matched up:

1000000000LWV and 1000000000LWv

they should be 2 different values though.

I know I can convert to ASCII, but is there an easier way?
