Vlookup and dropdown box

Based on two criteria, I need to set restriction ranges. By this I mea
that I have two categories 1. current status (N or P) and 2. futur
status (d, e, m). I need to have a range based on combinations of thes
letters. For example NM = 0-5% PE=8-10%. I had sucessfully linked th
cells. I made the final cell a dropdown box and it will not transfer
Only the value in the cell at that moment will transfer. Any help woul
be fantastic.

You could concatenate the two cells in a third helper cell and use that
result to search your VLOOKUP table made up of those concatenations........
