Vlookup and concatenate

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to do a vlookup and concatenate with a formulae.

XLS A : Colomn A need to be compared with XLS B ( Concatenate Column 1 and 2 ) with out inserting another column.

This is required as we are using this formulea in to another product and output into XL.
