vlookup and array formula (again)

Hello,

Wanted to know if anyone has succeded in using vlookup and array formula
together. The idea being to use an array of names as the key for the vlookup.

Lookup and Match formulas are used to look for one very
specific value in a list and return a single value back
depending on the type of lookup. Using an array would
never work.
