Visual Web Developer Express Edition 2005

I have been using Front Page and am now trying to use VWD Express Edition
2005 and am having some difficulty with basic tasks like centering text in a
text box, inserting pictures, inserting an excel spreadsheet. Can anyone
help me know how to do these things?

I too have had problems with basic tasks which is why for production I have
stuck with Frontpage.
