Visual Web Developer 2005, Express Edition

I have installed it to play with .NET 2.0 and so far i like it.

Questions.

1. Can i somehow get a project to work from the root not from my project folder. Because eventually all my projects are moved to work from root.

2. What are the limitations comparing to VS 2005? So far i have not found anything but i am comparing to VS 2003.
