Visual Studio Debugger

This only happens in my hotmail, I can't send e-mails when I try I get an
error box saying: Microsoft JScript runtime error: object expected
: tagName is
null or not an object
When I click yes to debug, I am lost in this program and don't know how to
fix these error messages. I have searched help but to no avail, any help
would be greatly appreciated, like I said, I can't send e-mails, can't delete
junk mail, problem seems to lie in the menu bar???
