visual studio 2005 professional

I've just installed onto standalone XP. (this pc not connected to internet)

Are there any patches / updates from microsoft that i can download after
installation to rectify last minutes changes ? pls provide url .

Beside the Servicepacks for the framework, came the first *patch* on 2002
after 3 years, there is said that it will be with 2005 much quicker, however
not that quick as you ask it in my opinion.

No, there are no patches/service packs available for VS 2005.
