I just installed it...you're correct. The wording on his website is really
misleading...which I think just fuqqinsuqs.

This quote from the website in bright red led me to believe he had changed
the shareware version into a freeware version...
"Visual Batch File is now FREE!"

Worse than that, in the readme file for the proram it actually says:

"Visual Batch File is Freeware. It contains banner advertisements that
allow this software to be free. For more information read the
privacy.txt that comes with this distribution."

Guess they don't know the difference between adware and freeware.
