Visual Basic Startup

The desktop icon, and the Start>Programs>Visual Basic 6.0
leads to the VBA6SDK Folder which contains no executable
files (other than Install) that I can find. I have to go
through WORD to get to VB Editor. There must be a better
way, no?

The VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is not the stand alone VB6 program.
VBA is for coding from within programs like MSOffice applications.
