Visual basic "save as" in excel doc causes err 1004

Im going to crazy if i cant sort this out ,
I have a vb form which i have embeded an excel document. When i focus on
the document and try and run a "save as" macro it throws out err 1004. Ive
used every concievable method within Excel using the native save as dialog.

HELP

hmm I think i can help you out but i would need to see your "save as" macro
code.
Excel throws out err 1004 for almost anything when it comes to save as
errors.. so i need to see your code.
