Visual Basic.NET - How To Learn It Fastly & What To Use

i am willing to learn the Visual Basic.NET Programming Language. Which software should i use to begin practicing and which ebook do you advise me to use to begin learning ?

And is there any background to star with this programming language or it is considered an easy programming language ?

About me, the easyer language is vb 6.0. It is very esay to learn, more than vb net.
VB net is more orianted at object than vb 6.0, but vb 6.0 is easyer.
You can learn VB 6.0 also with only MSDN documentation... I you want to learn vb 6.0, for some help, you can ask me,okay?
