How can I make a Textbox only numeric?
Textbox is part of a form.
I didn't find any information at microsoft that could solve my problem.

A text box on an Outlook form? What would VB.NET 2003 have to do with that? I think you might need to clarify the context of your question.

It's a windows application form that has to be send by e-mail to the head
office , on a daily basis from each of the service-engineers.
But it is still under construction.

That's still a bit hard to follow. In the Outlook world, forms that you send are Outlook custom forms, not Windows application forms.
