Do you have the installation software or the link to download Windows Vista?

yes it is called "Your local computer store !!!" and purchase whatever
flavor of Vista suits your purpose !!

If you want to upgrade to Vista, you need to *buy* a copy of Vista.
There is no legitimate download available anywhere.
