I would appreciate any comments from people who have been playing with
Windows Vista from a VB development perspective.
How 'different' is it?
Are the techniques similarr to those we currently use?
How long will it take to get up to speed?
and of course is it any good?

There is no difference between development for Windows XP and Windows Vista.
With the appopriate version of the .NET Framework installed your
applications should run on Vista seamlessly.
