vista wont let me defrag at all

i cant defrag my computer at all when i do try it says it dont need it i know
it does.. anyone know how i can defrag my computer on vista

When the Defragmenter tells you that you don't need to defrag your computer,
you can still hit the 'Defragment Now' button to start defragging your hard
drive.

However, if it tells you that you do not need to defragment your hard drive,
then your disk is not particularly fragmented and is probably not the cause
of any performance issues you may be experiencing.
