Hello Adrian,
I need to see the Windows Update.log and the CBS.log files
c:\windows\windows Update.log
c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log
Can you zip them up and send them to me?
Use the (e-mail address removed) to send the log files to me but
remove the online before sending.
