I have not used this program before. How does one work with it? Where is
my e-mail for my Microsoft Office programs?

Your question needs clarification. You mention Outlook Express in the
subject and Microsoft Office in the body. Which is it? Outlook Express and
Microsoft Office/Outlook are completely different and separate applications.
Outlook knows nothing of Outlook Express/Windows Mail files and neither
Outlook Express nor Windows Mail know anything about Outlook files. So,
what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

I don't know what you mean by "e-mail for my Microsoft Office programs."
Please explain.

I see you posted with an MSN.com email address.
Is that your only email address?
Free Hotmail, Live and MSN accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail handles POP mail but not webmail.

The newer Windows Live Mail program does accommodate free MSN accounts.
