vista,VPN problem

hi, i am using windows vista. But it can't connect to VPN. I am trying to use
a secure connector from Nokia, but it doesnt work, and I try to use the link
in the website, but it can't even open it: https://vpnu2.univ-mrs.fr/

this is a link to the library of my university by VPN, I can always use it
when I was using windows xp. Is it a problem with the connection to vpn? How
to solve this problem?

Can you send some more info about the problem? Are you using a
Microsoft VPN client software for VPN? What kind of error message do you see
when you try to connect?
