Vista upgrade with open license

I would like to upgrade from Vista Home Basic to Vista Business or Vista
Ultimate. I have a 24 seat lab with Vista Home Basic on several of the PC's
in addition to Windows XP Pro. Must be able to join a domain.
Is the upgrade with the open seat license available online and if so are
there any recommendations for a download site?
