Vista updates

I have a problem, I try to run the update program to get vista updates and I
get a error message with code 80070057. Is there a problem with Vista update
right now or something i can do to get around this?

I always got error message when I did update manually.
I suggest you turn on the auto update. It will receive updates when
server/connection availiable. I got 2 updates already.

I haven't had any problems either with the automatic update or checking for
updates manually. I know that doesn't help you but it does work for some.

By the sounds of it you may be running an older build of Vista (RC1 5600 is
current for CPP customers) and I think they are only pushing out updates for
the newest build. The fix to the problem would be to upgrade/clean install to
RC1 when you have obtained it.
