Vista Ultra and Win Mail Problems

most of the time when I go to use Win Mail (and IE also) I get a message
stating that "The host 'pop-server.austin.rr.com' could not be
found".....Error Number OX 800cccoD. The only way I can connect is to reboot.
I am running Norton 360...Can anyone help?

that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup that deals with Win
Mail or Internet Explorer, or perhaps contacting your ISP.
