You might maybe possibly no guarantees be able to copy it. I've found
that sometimes a DVD burner will read a disk that a DVD rom won't so
see if that works.

If your disk was eaten by the dog or somehow physically damaged,

You can copy a Vista DVD using ISO recorder in Windows Vista.
