I just installed Vista Ultimate a couple hours ago and would like to copy my
data files from Xp Outlook Express to Vista Mail.

First of all, is that at all possible? (if so) Second, what is the path to
the data files for Vista Mail?

Just copying the files won't work. Try importing them instead:
