Vista Ultimate Backup - No Recored TV

I have Windows Vista Ultimate and Media Center.
Recorded TV is stored at the default location, at C:\users\public\recorded TV.

I set up Windows Backup Wizard to backup my files, including recorded TV.

However, when I go to do a test restore of my data, it did not backup my
recorded TV. I cannot see the files a c:\users\public\recordedTV
 
HI. YOUR MOTHERBOARD HAVE TV ON BOARD. NO HAVE. SO, RECORDED TV IS
IMPOSSIBLE.
OK YOU HAVE TV CABLE BUT YOU NEED TV ON BOARD. NO HAVE. SAMETHING.
NO BACKUP. YOU CANNOT SEE THE FILES. BUY ONE TV ON BOARD.
