Windows 2000 had 63000 known bugs! That is "sixty three thousand" KNOWN
bugs!

Read here
http://archives.cnn.com/2000/TECH/computing/02/17/windows.2000/

who said this? MS itself in a memo.. and I quote:

" a leaked Microsoft memo stating that Windows 2000 has 63,000 known bugs. "

Now if windows 2k kai 63 thousand bugs, do you actually think that vista
with all its problem would not have a few ten of thousand bugs?

SURE IT DOES!

I am sure it has far more than 10,000 known bugs...

But MS has learned its lesson with Win2K and now its keeping its mouth shut
and keeping its dark evil memos to itself as top secret, hoping the poor
consumers will buy vista and the fanboy superdorks will buy its crappy vista
virus.

the wikipedia page gives us more info on this leaked memo

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_2000

"a leaked memo from Microsoft reported on by Mary Jo Foley revealed that
Windows 2000 had "over 63,000 potential known defects".[9] After Foley's
article was published, Microsoft blacklisted her for a considerable
time:[10]"

I would love to see a memo for vista revealing the truth that it has more
than 1 million defects... LOL

The code is massive.. there are bound to be at least 10 times more defects
than win2k.

that would make us 630 thousand defects.. or more than half a million
defects...

You sure do have lots of time on your hands. You just LOVE to bash Vista
all day, every day. Kind of sad.

Maybe you should go online and try to find a mate.

This number was cited about Windows 2000 and widely reported.

HOWEVER

The fast majority of these bugs were not really bugs per se i.e. didn't
break anything nor cause failure, rather they were Windows 2000 softwares
that Microsoft personnel felt could be improved upon. The press took up the
number and excitedly reported it without understanding what they were
talking about.

Get the actual list of bugs and compile that list.
You will find many are not bugs in the normal sense.
Some are changes some desired but did not make the cut because they
are non issues.
Some may be legitimate.
Others are probably minor and considered better to leave alone than to
possibly damage other related code.

But until you get and compile the list, all you have is very raw data.
However this raw data suits your Windows Vista hate agenda.
Just the type of data you like vary raw and missing the relevant facts
that prove/disprove the point you intend to make.
Another case where you simply lack the FACTS.
So typical of you.

And yet, Vista works great.

How many genetic defects are you comprised of Tiberius ?
More than one it would seem.
