Vista Sysinfo / running tasks shows all processes

Hi,

When running as a standard user, sysinfo reveals all running processes. But
in Task Manager, it requires elevation to see all processes. That shouldnt be
right. Sysinfo, when run as a normal user, should only show ones' own
processes.

First, what is sysinfo?

Second, Task Manager also lets you kill processes and a few other things.
Those are the things that require elevation. Tasklist on the command line
lest you see all of them as well. The revelation of which processes are
executing on the system is not considered sensitive.

Oh, my bad shorthand, it is : "Accessories/System Tools/System Information."

I think one's own running processes are security info. That is why Task
Manager is designed to require elevation to see 'all' running processes. Now
I am not a penetration tester, but I bet knowing what insecure apps you're
running now would help an attacker a lot.
