Greetings-
Do you know where Vista keeps the images for the 'Help and Support'
files? I get the proper text, but only a red 'X' in a square where images
should be displayed.

delete your temporary Internet Files in IE7. Help and Support caches files
there, when you have selected to get online help.

This happens if the "Content Type" setting for .PNG file types is broken. Download a REG file from Daniel Martin's site here:

http://winvista.mvps.org/Ficheros/PNG.reg

Download and save it to Desktop. Right-click on the file and choose Merge.

If that does not help, see here for a another fix.
