Vista Outlook

Hi All,

I have the following problem going on Vista business. I am running Outlook
2003.

When I start Outlook, I get a pop-up message (after some time), as
"C:\Users.....\Outlook\outlook.ost is in use and could not be accessed. Close
any application that is using this file, and then try again."

Virus Scan is disabled and User has the administrative rights on the
computer. So, there must be something else going wrong, but I can't figure
this out....

Any ideas....

You can safely delete the .ost file when Outlook is closed. It will recreate
when Outlook synchronizes with the server.

Use Task Manager to see if an instance of Outlook is still running.
