Vista on FAT32?

Maybe in a VM on a FAT32 system... don't know for sure, though, but maybe.
Depends on whether VMWare or VPC run on FAT32. (VM would be HTFS.)

But, natively... no.

I wouldn't recommend it though, NTFS is better suited for Vista.
But Vista can read/write to FAT32 partitions.
