Where are the Microsoft Vista newsgroups.......

In Outlook Express, right click on the MS newsgroup heading, select
newsgroups to get the list of them, then scroll to the listings under
microsoft.public.windows.vista.*.

There are multiple newsgroups for vista. The general one is
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

You could also find them by doing a Google search for Microsoft Vista
Newsgroups.

The same place as this one is--on the server msnews.microsoft.com. The Vista
groups have been in existence for months, and their names begin with
microsoft.public.windows.vista....

If you are using a different new server that mirrors the Microsoft server,
you'll need to ask your ISP (or whoever provides the server) whether they
carry them. Or switch to the Microsoft server.

Vista-specific newsgroups include:

microsoft.public.windows.vista.general
microsoft.public.windows.vista.administration_account
microsoft.public.windows.vista.hardware_devices
microsoft.public.windows.vista.installation_setup
microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail
microsoft.public.windows.vista.networking_sharing
microsoft.public.windows.vista.performance_maintenance
microsoft.public.windows.vista.print_fax_scan
microsoft.public.windows.vista.security
