Seriously doubt that Photoshop uses dual concurrent cores. Just not
practical on anything short of a supercomputer. As to the problem, yiesrvc
is related to a yahoo process, maybe Yahoo toobar? or Yahoo SBC, etc. IE
itself consumes little memory, but web pages can have processes that consume
large amounts of it. You can always shutdown one tab at a time to see which
one is the culprit.

Actually, Photoshop is multithreaded, and you can expect many more
professional applications to be multithreaded in the future, as multi-core
processors are becoming the norm. And what do you mean it is not practical
on anything short of a supercomputer?? As processors are going to add more
cores, rather than get appreciably faster from now, I think you are
misinformed.
