Vista Mail & Blackberry

Does anyone know how I can keep all of my messages on my office computer and
my Blackberry. I find if someone send me something to my email when my
office mail is closed, I will get it on my blackberry, but there is no copy
on my office mail?
 
This is normal behavior for a POP3 account, the first computer to connect to
email gets all of it, leaving nothing for the other. The solution is to set
both the PC and the Blackberry to "Leave a copy of mail on the server" so
its available to both devices. set one of the two to "Remove messages from
the server after (xx) days" so they don't pile up and run you out of server
space.
