Vista issues

Can someone help me out with a few issues.
1) eEery time I install software Windows needs your permission.
2) Plug in a USB memory stick it wants to scan for viruses or
something.
3) Click startup. Thire is a red button Shut down. What ever happend
to the old re-start and log off options

1. Turn off User Account Control (just be aware of the implications)
2. Probably need to turn off windows security (something wrong with scanning
for visuses?)
3. Change to classic view.

Next to the red button is there a padlock button and next to that an arrow
button?
If there is an arrow button click on it.

Your problem is:
You are using Vista.

Get a REAL operating system, such as Window98se.
