Vista interactive services popup

I recently installed a printer in vista that only has drivers for xp. Now
when printing I receive a popup stating Interactive Services Dialog Detection
- A program can't display a message on your screen - the program may need
information or permission to complete a task. Is there a way to disable this
popup for this printer so I can print without having to answer the question?

This seems to have cleared iteself up after last update and reboot. Any
information is appreciated but not needed.
