Vista install plus Vista in a virtual machine & activation

I installed Vista beta 2 and activated it. I have now used that same
installation disk to install Vista beta 2 on the same computer within a
vmware virtual machine. What will happen if I try to activate the virtual
machine instance of Vista? One machine, two instances of the OS..... Will
Redmond explode?

You will have used two of your ten computers to activate Vista on. A
virtual machine has its own hardware profile and the hardware hash comes out
quite differently from the hardware hash for the host. Eight to go.
